Skill Groups Available

Why consider group therapy?  Research is very consistent that group therapy can provide valuable addition to traditional individual therapy.  Skill groups at SSTCC provide a balance of processing and teaching coping skills.  Learning in a group can provide additional perspectives and feedback about how skills are used and what works for each individual.
